Parents researching CPP are often anxious, overwhelmed, and unfamiliar with medical terminology. The experience needed to:

Simplify complex clinical information

Improve scannability and content hierarchy

Increase engagement with educational resources

Maintain regulatory and safety compliance
- Provide an approachable, child-friendly tone without undermining clinical credibility
To soften a highly clinical topic, we introduced:

Playful illustrated elements (clouds, dotted path lines, icons)

Real photography of children to humanize the condition
-
A calming blue and green color palette with pops of pink associated with trust and healthcare
- Clear, supportive headlines focused on reassurance
